John Lloyd of Falcon Boy Scout Troop 149 is one of seven scouts currently pursuing a rank as an Eagle Scout. His Eagle Scout service project this summer involves the installation of a play structure in the Woodmen Hills subdivision just east of Eastonville Road off the Woodmen Hills walking trail.
